Transparent and honest communication with you is our priority! Kindly read this Policy if you would like to know how feedback about PushPushGo sp. z. o.o. is presented.

Included in this Policy are the criteria we use to present feedback and verify the people who have shared or sent it directly to PushPushGo sp. z o.o..

General rules for the presentation of opinions by PushPushGo sp. z o.o.

1. We publish customers' opinions on cooperation with us as well as opinions on our products and services. 

2. We know that opinions are important, so we make every effort to ensure that they are based on the real feelings of our customers and those with whom we work.  

3. The opinions presented are verified by us so that they come only from people who have worked with us or have been our customers.  

4. Verification of opinions involves several steps we take:

• we check whether the people who posted or sent opinions about us have cooperated with us, if not, we do not share such opinion, remove it or refer to such opinion;

• we contact those who gave feedback with gratitude and a request for permission to publish the feedback if the feedback was sent to us via electronic communication;

• if we are unable to verify the entity that sent us the opinion, we do not post it on the site.

  5. We can remove or modify reviews only in situations where they exhibit prohibited actions as described in point 4 of our Regulations. All rights of PushPushGo regarding prohibited actions specified in the regulations apply to reviews.

Reviews on the website www.pushpushgo.com

1. On our website, we present selected reviews that best reflect the principles of cooperation and give you the most information to decide whether to work with us.

2. The reviews that we post on our website can be found in the "Our clients speak" section or elsewhere on our website designated for this purpose.

3. The published opinion may contain, in addition to information about cooperation with PushPushGo sp. z o.o., marking of our contractor or the image of the person who cooperated with us or acted on behalf of the contractor.

4. We make sure that the elements published in the opinion are correctly presented by us, so before publishing the opinion we obtain permission to distribute the image and/or marking of the contractor. Before obtaining such consent, we do not post the opinion on our website.

5. We may remove or modify opinions only if they manifest characteristics of offensive, vulgar, advertising, or violating the rights of others.

Reviews on Google Business Profile

1. We have created a Business Profile on the Google search engine for the sake of recognition of PushPushGo on the web. 

2. Within our business profile, a person who has a Google account can share his or her opinion.

3. Google service does not verify whether the person who expresses his/her opinion was actually our customer or contractor.

4. We do our best to monitor published reviews within the Google business profile on an ongoing basis and verify that the reviews left there are indeed from people who have worked with us.

5. The Google service does not provide us with the ability to independently verify the person publishing the review, as well as the function to remove reviews that do not come from our customers and contractors. 

6. In the situation of publishing an opinion in our profile by a person who has not cooperated with us or describes services/products that he/she has not used, we make a corresponding notification to the platform and comment on his/her opinions as follows: "We would like to inform you that you were not our customer or contractor / did not use the described service/product, so the above opinion is completely unfounded."

Facebook reviews

1. On our Facebook profile, it is possible to add reviews and ratings about us.

2. Opinions and ratings on our fanpage can be added by people who have a Facebook account.

3. Facebook does not verify whether the person who expresses his/her opinion was actually our client or contractor.

4. We do our best to monitor the published opinions on our Facebook profile on an ongoing basis and verify that the reviews left there are indeed from people who have worked with us.

5. Facebook does not provide us with the ability to independently verify the person publishing the review, as well as the function to remove reviews that do not come from our customers and contractors.

6. In the situation of publishing an opinion in our profile by a person who has not cooperated with us or describes services/products that he or she has not used, we make a corresponding notification to the platform and comment on his or her opinion as follows: “We would like to inform you that you were not our customer or contractor/ did not use the described service/product, so the above opinion is completely unfounded.”

Reviews on Instagram

1. On our profile on Instagram, we present selected reviews that best reflect the principles of cooperation and give you the most information to decide whether to purchase a product or cooperate with us.

2. The reviews we post on our website are in the highlights "Our clients" or posts.

3. The published opinion may contain, in addition to information about cooperation with PushPushGo sp. z o.o., the mark of our contractor or the image of the person who cooperated with us or acted on behalf of the contractor.

4. We make sure that the elements published in the opinion are presented by us in a correct manner, so before publishing the opinion we obtain permission to distribute the image and/or mark the contractor. Before obtaining such consent, we do not place opinions with the above elements on our website.

5. We may remove or modify opinions only if they manifest characteristics of offensive, vulgar, advertising or violating the rights of others.

Responsibility

1. Responsibility for the opinions issued is fully carried by their authors.

2. We point out that publishing content of an offensive, vulgar, advertising or violating the rights of others or the regulations of individual platforms is prohibited.

3. We strive to monitor the content published on our services on an ongoing basis, and if we see an opinion or comment of an offensive, vulgar, advertising or infringing on the rights of others, we respond immediately.
