InPost is a Polish courier company that has created a network of Paczkomats, i.e. self-service parcel delivery and collection points, operating 24/7.

InPost currently has more than 14 000 devices throughout the country. InPost parcel machines are also present abroad - in Great Britain, Italy and Austria.

In 2019 the company launched an innovative mobile application InPost Mobile with the function of remote opening of boxes in the parcel lockers.

The application won first place (Main Prize) in the prestigious Mobile Trends Awards 2019.

Start of cooperation with PushPushGo: January 2019

PUSH STATS (H1 2020)

  • Clicks: >1M

  • Reach Audience: 30M

📋Assumptions

Holidays are a hot time for the courier industry. During this time, people more often buy products on the Internet and send gifts. Easter in 2020 was on 11-13 April.

In addition, April 2020 met the quarantine associated with the coronavirus pandemic, which significantly increased interest in online shopping and thus InPost services.

To handle as many customers as possible, it was necessary to speed up the collection of packages from Parcel Lockers. To achieve this goal, InPost organized cross-promotion with two online stores. The rules of the action were very simple: every person who picked up a parcel from Paczkomaty within 2 hours was rewarded with an audiobook or a discount code.

🤯Challenge

Reach out to the parcel recipients and potential customers with information about the promotion.

💡Solution

The client decided to use web push notifications to reach the target group and inform those interested about the current promotion.

Push messages are the fastest communication channel with the greatest reach. The campaign was sent to all subscribers.

🔔Campaign 1

🔔Campaign 2

Title: Pick up the package within 2 hours!

  • Audience reach: 42% of subscribers

  • CTR: 9,10%

"In terms of reach audience, web push notifications are basically unbeatable"
