Why does a big image cut off the content of the campaign?

One of the possibilities when creating a push campaign is to place big graphics - this is the so-called Rich Push. However, only Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge users will see the big picture. People using other browsers will receive a standard dimension notification.
A campaign with a big image, although extremely effective, cuts the title and content of the notification to one line of text.
